I’m Mike Owen, a recent college graduate and health and fitness aficionado. As a military officer, I need to maintain my fitness and stay fit and healthy. To do this, I’ve tried several different eating and exercise plans and on this page I give a review of paleo cookbooks. I wanted to publish this information because I know what it’s like to be considering new diets, whether it be to lose weight or to stick to a fitness plan and gain muscle, knock a few seconds off your mile run, or something similar. The paleo diet is a great diet, but there is so much information out there it is hard to find what foods are acceptable on the diet, not to mention recipes to make such foods. Here I hope I can give you a little insight into where you can start to find some good cookbooks/recipes for the paleo diet.
